A very touching and heartwarming video has surfaced on social media concerning internet sensation, Shay broke down in tears after a message she got from popular American singer, Ariana Grande.

Shay together with her sister made rounds on social media following an altercation over an Ariana Grande t-shirt belonging to Shay that she claims was destroyed by her sister, Ariana Grande.

The video which went viral on social media caught the attention of Ariana Grande and she made a video acknowledging Shay for supporting her cause.

Elated as she is, Shay became very emotional as she expressed appreciation to Ariana Grande for the acknowledgment.
